Our experience with MODS was great. On time for every appointment with the exception of the move day but that was not their fault. Customer service team was fast and responsive and the driver courteous and helpful I highly recommend using MODS. AS for the concept itself; that us where the game changer comment comes in. Having time before the move as well as after to take your time and load/unload vs having to rush to get the truck back on time was incredible.

After a disastrous experience with that “other” company, I turned to MODS and they were able to deliver a unit on short notice within a couple days. From there the communication got better and better. This was by far the easiest moving solution and MODS really took away the stress of moving.
