Great Service! MODS people were very nice and helpful. .... people on the phone and the gentleman that delivers the Unit. I had several units and he always went out of his way to make sure the unit was faced in the right directions and angled to make it easiest to unload. The truck that delivers loads and unloads the units slowly and even so nothing shifts insides MODS is well worth the price when you consider renting a storage and having movers 2 EXTRA times. Way less risk of damage to the units as well. Highly recommended!!

It was the best Decision I Made while selling my house heaven the pod parked out in my driveway with must stuff stored in it securely stored was the best and I do mean the best thing that happened in my move the process was very reasonable I would use them again And I had referred some of my friends that are also selling their house to use The pods .I really appreciate how when you call them to schedule a delivery or a pick up or even the moves of the pod they are quick to respond and sit it up to to meet your time schedule I give them 5 Stars .

Pricing is ridiculous and was inaccurate. Well, the first issue was they never came the entire day they were supposed to and when I called that night, they apologized and gave some dumb excuse. I had to wait an extra day, which I didnt make a big deal about. Then after already paying a full month of storage when it was only in there two weeks of that month, they charged me $198 to pick up from Fort Worth to Bowie. It was 57 miles. With tax and everything it shouldn't have been any more than $150 according to the quote I was given which was $69 for the first 30 miles and $3.00 a mile after that. When I called to complain the lady I spoke with who said she was the manager named Angela, stated they don't charge per specific address to specific address just from city-to-city which makes absolutely no sense, what if I was moving within the same city? Plus, I'm supposed to pay you mileage you're not actually driving?? What?? lol. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was it but that she would refund the $40 they overcharged. No apology, no nothing. Customer service was ridiculous just like the charges.

Worked out great! We were doing spring cleaning and need some extra room to sort. This MODS unit arrived in our driveway just as promised. We used it for a few week and it stayed dry and mostly dust free even with big winds.

Super Easy. We had to clear out the stuff from our garage to do some renovations. MODS dropped the storage unit off in our driveway exactly where we wanted it. It was much easier to have the unit at our house so we still had access to our stuff when we needed it. Pickup was easy...called and they picked it up the next day...so we had it for exact length of time we needed. Overall, it was super easy and a great experience!

Amazing way to move! The best idea for moving! They parked my pod in front of my house so I could take my time to load it. When I was ready they moved it to the new place and I could take my time unloading it and then they picked it up! The best part is I didn’t have to get friends with trucks and make multiple trips! Great experience! I’d do it this way again!

Great Customer Service. I had a wonderful experience with M.O.D.S from start to finish! Less stress move ever. I was abel to pack and load boxes as I had time for 3 weeks. Then I called Mods and they came and moved it to our new house. After I moved all the big furniture with a truck it only took my son and I about 6 hours to unload into the house and garage. Then I called Mods again about when finished with it about 3:30, and by 5:00 I looked out and they had picked it up. Moving is stressful, renting the Mods was the best decision I could have made to make our moving a lot less stressful.

Great to Work With. Rented two units for a big move. The company and staff were really helpful and pleasant to wk with. We ended up having them longer than anticipated with weather obstacles and limited time for unpacking, but they were great and MODS showed much appreciated flexibility in meeting our storage and pick-up needs. The prices are reasonable, as well, for what you get and we are grateful for such a service. Also, wanted to mention the units are really sturdy and some belongings stayed in there for a few months and nothing was wet, or damaged in any way, and came out looking like the day we put them in. This company has our highest recommendation!
